our stay seemed like a dream we arrived and found the staff welcomed us with such warmth the rooms were immaculate and offered fine views the food was delicious with a variety of options to please every palate i especially loved the beachfront area where i could relax and listen to the waves it was a romantic getaway that we will treasure forever

i noticed that some areas could benefit from a little updating but it did not detract from the overall experience

Amazing stay!

The staff welcomed me warmly. Ibrahim prepared a very delicious chocolate milkshake for me (it was the best i ever had). Chef Mohammed Salah even made me Toumaya, because he heard i like it. Nader in the Zen bar mixed amazing non-alcoholic cocktails. The food was great and had many options.

The gas heaters on the terrace stopped working after about 10 minutes.

The staff was friendly and cute, offering assistance. The chef made a special effort to prepare my favorite dish. I felt welcome in all parts of the hotel. The service was superb.
